VDV is provided with two major factory areas: a silica sol precision casting factory and a precision machining factory. The precision casting factory is situated in the Dazhuge Industrial Park in Zhangying Town, Jiaozhou City, Qingdao City, covering an area of 33，300 square meters; the precision machining factory is seated at 122 Songhuajiang Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The company has 200 employees and an annual production capacity of 600 tons.
